Threads
Threads is a small watercolor, just over two by three inches, matted to a crisp 5 by 7. In this piece, I worked with soft washes of warm reds and oranges blending quietly into cooler blues and violets. Thin, deliberate black lines weave across the surface, offering a subtle tension against the fluid fields of color.
